Love the passion for stadiums, I have the same love and attraction for them. You should do American High School Football stadiums sometime in the near future! There are so many beautiful ones across the nation, but of course Texas has a majority of them.

Instant like for covering the conference of my university (UC Santa Barbara). The Thunderdome was the first college arena on the West Coast with a 4K video board when it was installed in 2019.

Thanks for doing a video on the "arenas" of my conference. Quite a mish-mash of facilities here. Some of these facilities have been in movies and TV stuff, including the Pyramid (Starship Troopers) and the Matadome (The Karate Kid). Titan Gym was an Olympic venue back in 1984 for Team Handball. Bren Events Center hosted a couple of MTV Rock n' Jock basketball events in the 90's. Keep up the good work, mate! 😀

You should look at NCAA D2 MIAA Conference stadiums! They are better than most FCS schools and have some unique features!

University of Hawaii has the smallest football stadium in the conference but the largest basketball arena. They like to play in the extreme.

Former player @ Fullerton 50 yrs ago. Most gyms built in late 60's were copycats of each other using 60's brutal architecture style. Most were relatively small but have been upgraded.

anybody from California or an alum of Cal Poly tell me did the university change their name in the last 30 years? I am sure that 30 years ago they were called Cal Poly San Luis Obispo now its just Cal Poly. edit: a couple of school like Cal State Fullerton and Northridge have the upper deck bleachers that can push back or retract. Why is that? What do they do with the space up there?

The CSU Bakersfield court design isn't a good one. Looks hokey. I'd say that Hawai'i has the best arena in the conference, followed by UC Davis.

Glorified HS basketabll courts should not tolerated in NCAA D1....the matadome is laughable. No silly paint job or graphics can save most of these high school gyms
