I love that a great skater such as yourself is still humble enough to show the world you fall, too! Great to see you two enjoying the park on big wheels.

Nice man, this is the kind of skating I love. Cruising the parks/cities. I recently got myself a pair of USD aeon 80's. I feel its the happy medium between urban and aggressive. Keep up the content man you and Bill stoppard are the best to do it 👍

I'm about to order some. I've been doing urban skating and park skating on 60s which gets REALLY exhausting and I can finally powerslide so I'm ready to lvl up and hit my city. ^_^ I like how he posted his fall. Most people only want to look cool/good. Humble. HIS BABE DOE 😏

4:03 damn I choked when I saw that fall, the flow was so good then _bam_ I skate 3X110 Powerslide Swell and in the beginning, I was clipping my wheels a lot. it happens and it hurts but you learn quick haha but very nice shifty and fakie zero spin down the stairs!

I think I am going to get myself a vest for long fitness skates. Great idea!
@acostablades81384 жыл бұрын
You should! They're lighter than a back pack and can carry quite a bit depending on the vest.

You can still do fun stuff like gaps, stairs, wall rides and sooo many slides on big wheels. Big wheels doesn't have to mean fitness skating.

Excited to try both. Got a lot to learn on these big wheels.

HELLO! Below is little suggestion based on my experience with triskates: Try Kizer Flux with 4x90mm on some boots with trinity mount, preferably Powerslide Next. They should fit You well as now You use Imperials which are also kinda narrow. Lower center of mass, ability to rocker the wheels to mitigate longer wheelbase, stability when going fast and dampening effect on rough surfaces are invaluable + You gain ability to do makios, fishbrains, X-Grinds etc. because the frame has some "wings" sticking out of the sides. I even managed to pull off soul grinds on a heavily waxed ledge. Triskates are a gimmick IMHO which work as long as You have smooth surface to roll on. Acceleration on triskates sucks, shock absorption sucks, center of gravity is kinda high so stability sucks too. The only pro is in the speed department - which becomes either higher or easier to sustain during long runs so You don't get exhausted early (again - as long as You have smooth surface). Looking forward to watching next video! Keep rolling!

And for a god's sake please... Fitness skates are soft top boot, comfort oriented, flexible atrocities.... Hardshell skates like Acosta's Imperials are freeskates.

110mm all the way for me now. Can't go back to a smaller wheel. Need comfort with speed in my old age!

Heyyy I just found your channel. I love your videos with you and your family But I see you guys have alot of how to videos and beginner friendly stuff. But I think a good video would be best aggressive inlines skates to start on. Ya know for beginners like myself. You guys seem to have alot of knowledge on aggressive blading so I think your choices and explanations why you choose those skates would be awesome. Just an idea 😊
