Thank you as always! You're my go to channel when I need quick, solid pointers before I head out. Also I love the consistency with your tips in the videos; you tend to say the same thing across your videos (offset over EWG, show em something different, etc). You give us the confidence we need!

If you have a habit of setting the hook to the side set it in the upward motion. Hooks them right in the top of the mouth any type of hook.

On the line, are you talking about fluorocarbon?
@jimt12405 ай бұрын
They do work but I've come to like yamamoto Ichi worms even better. Don't know why you don't use your drag. That's what they're made for. Just back it off quarter to half turn when you get a big one up to the boat and use your thumb. I've been doing it that way in the south for 55yrs.

I believe bass like them because it’s a big meal as opposed to eating several little meals

Can’t remember if you mentioned it but do you peg or unpeg"
@BassFishingHQ5 жыл бұрын
I didn’t and I wish I had! I typically don’t peg my weight unless I am in heavier vegetation. I really think that you get more bites without it pegged
@Sum1Fishy5 жыл бұрын
@@BassFishingHQ and they shake it off less often since the weight slides away. In the thick stuff, peg agree.

Id rather have a double cheeseburger then a Jr. Burger lol. Especially to a bass when it gets hot and their metabolism is cranking. Ive caught some 4s and 5s on it in the last few days it works. Even a bunch smaller then the worm itself they flat out love the profile

does the off set hook work even on thicker style worms
@icheckraise4 жыл бұрын
do you peg your weight?
@BassFishingHQ4 жыл бұрын
Jeffrey Acito very rarely. I have tried both ways and I have found that you get a lot more bites when you don’t peg. Now sometimes, in heavy grass situations you may have to, but if I can get away not pegging..then that’s what I do
