Yes, there were 5 members originally. Seungri has retired (you can Google the reason why). Most VIP don’t like to discuss it. But, BIGBANG are legends. True artists, each and every one of them. You can review “If You” live in Bangkok, and Loser, Fantastic Baby, Good Boy, and their solo songs. Taeyang’s “Eyes Nose Lips” is one of the best love songs ever written.

Still Life is a tribute song to their fans as well as a throwback to their life journey together from childhood/teenage years to adulthood (especially for those who has been with them even before they debuted 16 years ago). They are now entering a new phase of their lives. Fans will be hit very hard by the lyrics and music video (as VIPs and BIGBANG have journeyed through the highest and lowest points in their life together), but this song is also somehow comforting. This is their first Song out in over 4 years, and the first MV in 6 years. between 2017 and 2020 the members were in the military. Originally a 5 member group - Seungri the youngest members left in 2019. The started in 2006 and are in their mid 30's now. They are the Kings of Kpop because they started everything you see today and especially because the guy with the red hair writes all their music and lyrics etc... the others also add in lyrics etc... they produce everything they do and have their hands on it all. Before them the Kpop groups had their studio;s do everything from providing the songs, music, lyrics - everything, not Big Bang and also they are not the nice pretty boys of Kpop but just regular guys who get into trouble too. people relate to them and their vocals are as always outstanding. You really need to listen to a variety of their music. This song is a nostalgic look back on their young days for the fans. They promised us they would be back.

when the 4 members went to military 4 years ago they released a song called flower road. The song basically was saying they will come back when the flower blooms basically telling their fans to basically wait for them. They released Still life on April 5 the first day of spring on Korea. Basically fulfilling their promise to us that they will be back when the flowers bloom. 🥲🥲 i cried so much listening to this song.

When BigBang had a concert in Korea, you can be sure BTS members were in the audience, along with every other kpop group members. Going to see a BigBang concert and going to see a BTS concert are on two different levels, BigBang members don't simply perform on stage, they OWN the stage, there is no group like BigBang in the East or the West as far as stage presence, it's almost magical. I’ve been to a BTS concert, and it was okay, not impressed by them whatsoever.

This song was promise made to VIPs prior to their military service. I have seen lots of speculation as to the symbolism that definitely runs through the song as well the meaning. BigBang did no promotion outside Asia but they were the first to win an international award MTV EUROPE 2011, outvoted Britney Spears. GDragon was named by CNN one of the reasons Seoul is the best City in the world . Forbes wrote article on BB being the male band with biggest earnings and in 2016 they were voted nr 2 or 3 in TIME magazine top 100 most influential people . They got more votes than president Obama . Still Life was released at midnight when the charts are frozen but as soon as they unfroze the song went straight to nr1 and didnt come down for over a week now. It got perfect all kill in Korean charts , roof top after roof toop because there is no way to go up from nr1 . Internationaly they are getting in Billboard tops with no promotion . BigBang didnt go to any western tv shows , they didnt do many interviews , anything . Nike has been making shoes for GD for 3 years now and he got to design his own new shoe model .

The last 5 years have not been kind to Big Bang. They had so many incidents stacked against them, only one member manage to stay out of “trouble”. It was so bad that TOP ( wore the rabbit mask) contemplated suicide. Even when they announce this comeback, some korean media and some Knetz continue to dragged BB. With no promotion or music show appearance, Still life sold 1.5 mil copies in China first 30 min, China banned bundle purchase yet BB still pulled in great numbers. Achieved ALL Killed with perfect score. #1 on digital song sale, #3 Global excl US; #9 global 200… 5 years being inactive, no promotion.

Bigbang has 5 members, the youngest Seungri has retired . The there are 4 chairs at first but later on they showed another one which GD's name was written, meaning there was actually 5 chairs. Its sad that you only knew few about them, I get that you want to be dedicated to a particular group but i hope you to check on them. Bigbang does not only release hard song.. and i always think that checking on the lyrics is a must for you to understand them more. Bigbang has slow songs😅... It's our fandom that promote mostly their hyper songs cuz their performances are wild... But they have wonderful songs with 90s vibes( I'm a 80s kid so I feel you😊)... bigbang born as an hiphop and rnb group I highly recommend you to looking into their first albums.. Also for this slow rock vibes song I highly recommend you to watch Bigbang TELL ME GOODBYE AT JAPAN DOME 2015.. Actually I like slow/quiet songs and not really into party songs. I recommend Big Bang’s “Blue”. And I love Big Bang’s falsetto songs : “Cafe”, “Fool”, and “A Good Man”. I like the live performance of “A Good Man” with saxophone as opening, give me jazzy feels. If you have time, maybe try : “Tonight” and “Bad Boy”. Not too slow and not too loud.

You forgot to added that kmedia and Police Department manipulate his case🙄... Also it was his friend who hired prostitutes and brought them to a business party... It wasn't Seungri.. The Judge was the one who said that it was impossible he didn't know it😑... But those girls said themselves that Seungri is not involved so please if you want to share something about his case at least do it well✌️

No, you do not talk about Seungri's case when you literally didn't go through his 25 court hearings and just based it on those mainstream media.

Wrong. Seungri wasn't indicted of supplying prostitutes in 2020. His trial at military court started that year and sentence was announced on august 12th 2021, after 25 hearings, during which witnesses defended him and said that police even tried to fabricate their statements when they refused to name Seungri as one of culprits. During Yoo In Seok's trial (the one who supplied prostitutes) said that Seungri was never involved, nor aware of it, cause he would never approved of it. Many witnesses literally cried in the courtroom during Seungri's hearings, apologizing to him. During very last hearing, prosecutor himself admitted there is no evidence and asked judge to re-clasify his charges to association. When judge was sentencing him, he said "it's hard to believe he didn't know" and based his judgement on tabloid article he found reliable (article that wasn't part of evidence!) When it comes to Higher Court and Supreme Court - according to reports, they both focused their judgement on only charge that was proven/had evidence, cause he admitted to it himself from the beggining - gambling in Las Vegas casino. So before taking Seungri's name in your mouth, educate yourself, cause his case is literally absurd injustice and violation of basic human rights!

whatever you see in k-pop now wouldn't exist without BigBang...imagine a k-pop concert with no lightsticks?...BigBang was the first group to introduce light sticks....G-Dragon himself designed the first ever light sticks for the VIP's...before that fans would bring balloons colored specific to the group/idols color to concerts. As the 3rd generation kpop idols were being trained...the standard was BigBang those who were they look up to.
