Great informative video. I bought the Washr Pro and have been pleased. It's just me in my residential garage washing my truck once a week. I'm really impressed with how quiet the unit is, very impressive. The ONLY hiccup I've noticed is when I first hook the garden hose up and run it until the water comes out of the high pressure hose, when I turn the power on, sometimes it's like it's air locked. The motor doesn't turn on, and I have to mess around with turning the water on and off, and sometimes it trips the built-in breaker. Honestly, I'm extremely happy with my decision to buy your unit. Thank you for putting such a great product on the market at such a reasonable price. You mentioned the servicing of the unit - could you do a video on what that entails and how often to do the service? Thanks!!!

That doesnt sound great. The other thing that doesn't sound great, is the reply from the company. No mention of why your machine might be doing that or a simple fix. Just a thanks for the feedback. Companies can build their product up with hype and numbers, but if they don't show any interest in sorting your issue out, it's a sign to me that they've got your money and you're on your own. Hopefully that's not the case here and they've helped you solve your issue. Even a comment like, "give us a call to discuss" etc, would give consumers more confidence. If i was the person in a company responsible for social media commentary, i would be responding in a way most important to people, the consumer buying or looking to buy our products and or services. Im sure that wasnt the intention here, but looks poor. Also, at the 47 min mark, you refer to people on facebook pages giving advice to others as " muppets". That sounds terrible too.

Thanks boi’s, I just pulled the trigger on the pro and 2-1 mount whilst watching this…. (Literally had split screens on my iPad) Looking forward to replacing my Karcher K3, I’ve always used a karcher for the past 27 years of owning a car and I’ve never really been a fan of how it delivers sub par finish foam solution. I’m a clean freak when it comes to my cars. What size hose in would you recommend for optimal working pressure? Next on my list, a blower…

I have a Karcher K5 and after blowing extra money on a better hose, short stubby gun, quick connects etc, after 1 year its already started acting up, pulsing and shutting off. After seeing all the reviews I'm ready to purchase the Big Boi Washer Pro. Wish I did from the start

Lmao felt like I read my own stroy reading this, I had same washer and did the exact same thing upgraded hoses, stubby gun etc even got adapter for all my the Karcher products to be quick connected to my stubby gun so I can reuse accessories, don't regret buying the hoses etc but need a good pump now cos the Karcher is trash and doesn't have normal parts or good parts it's all plastic crap.

I just pre-ordered a Pro Washer today and was disappointed to see that your 30m hose is sold out. Do you have a recommendation for an off label hose with the exact specs? I found one that might work through Adams that I would just have to change out one of the connections. Any idea when your hose may be back in stock?

I wish in the US the washr pro had those numbers. Best I was able to do was about 8 liters at 950 or so psi. Anyway, if I wanted to use mine with a generator, can I use without modifications if my generator has enough power output?

Hey guys, I recently bought myself a washer pro Mk2 and I'm loving it! It's brilliant, but I have a question that I hope you can help me out with. I bought a PSI gauge and the same flow meter you were using in this video. I tested my machine and I'm only getting 1250 PSI at 8.2 LPM. I know not all machines will perform identically, but is there a reason why mine is much lower than what you were achieving?

Pretty sure the 1..5mmx3 are considered ''extra heavy duty'' Seems like a good small tweak to make to the text to prevent someone accidently blowing up their unit. Alvin from bigboi support also told me that the 1.0 I linked them are fine to use, so u guys seem to be giving mixed answers.

@@VassRulez Yes you can - just make sure it is a Heavy Duty, 10A plug. You need heavy gauge conductors rto reduce voltage drops. As an example check out the HPM 10m 1.5mm² 10A 3 Core Extra Heavy Duty Tradesman Extension Lead from bunnings.

When reviewing the prices of Active and AR pressure washers your numbers are misleading in US dollars, active 2.0 is $350 and free shipping and no sales tax , everyday price. The AR is under $800 and free shipping all day every day. Just don’t mislead people like a US car salesman.

@ yes I can totally understand that. It’s crazy but a big factor on best products depends on where you live. For me in the US, the AR633 is probably best overall for the money, kranzle is best made for me but import taxes adds a lot to the price, I still don’t understand why products from Europe have high tariffs but there’s minor tarrifs on cheaper made Chinese stuff. I don’t care about price I just want to support companies that pay their workers a good wage.
