Being a certified welder/fabricator. I can greatly appreciate all the precise organization and thorough steps and procedures. Like a well oiled machine. I own a Catrike Expedition 2017 and just bought a brand new Catrike 700 2024. Both Catrikes have many upgrades to each of them. Best recumbent trike company bar none. And they are manufactured in the USA 🇺🇸 ❤.

Just got my Illusion Green Catrike 700 yesterday. Sold my 2007 Cat 700 two months ago and can't wait to compare the ride. I am confident the Green Beast will be faster and a joy to ride. CAN'T WAIT!!! Enjoyed the video.

Catrike apparently used to use a sticker for the serial. They addressed concern from their customers by engraving future trikes. To find it if you have one. Quote. "The serial number appears on the top of the main tube on the Trail, Villager, and Road and on the rear bottom of the tube on the Expedition, Pocket, and 700. The split in serial number location is driven by whether or not the model has an adjustable seat angle as the frames are significantly different in the rear half of the trike."

Such an interesting video. All those machines must have been very expensive, and also must require a lot of expertise to set up and maintain. I would be interested to know something about the company history that led to having that expertise and the ability to invest so much.

ola Paulo adorei sua empresa muito organizada mas eu pude notar no video que a um certo ruído intermitente dentro da empresa mas o que me chamou a atenção foi o ruído de uma maquina de teste que fica atraz do cara do cnc, logo no começo do video 00:13 este ruído permanece em toda filmagem este pode ser mais um ponto de fadiga mas mesmo assim parabéns espero ter ajudado fica com deus.

paula Havens Those frames will last a lifetime because they are tig welded, powder coated aluminum. They won't rust unless completely neglected.

Use square or rectangular tubing on your booms and you don't need to spend so much time and money on them. Look how Greenspeed discovered that solution long ago.

How many Trikes in round the world ?????? I think Sold about 1 to 2 million trikes, Maybe ??? Greenspeed and Catrike, ICE, Etc.

I like what I see except they need to wear top of the line ear muffs instead of ear plugs. They need to make the equivalent of a GREENSPEED MAGNUM XL for the heavier and taller riders.

Yep. There's nothing to it really. Couple of basic tools and you're off. Oh and a refrigerated snack / drink combo of course. That you need.
