Yeah, i’m glad Texas won that case, because all that information is already on file with your state. However, The U.S. Department of Justice filed an emergency motion to stay the injunction, and the case is currently being appealed. Second, it sounds like another case where a customer is manipulating the facts to get cheaper deliveries. I couldn’t do it! Great video!

I just recently heard about the BOI, and never heard of it before. No notice in the mail or anything. It's basically just been word of mouth. I too Heard about the Texas court case, and I'm glad it happened. Thanks for the info on your channel.

Lucky In my state I got to file and pay 400 dollars or be charged 500 dollars a day

Good news for now: Feds are appealing, so it will probably end up in the Supreme Court, but for now, we are good, no need to file.

I heard that people have called and the first person they talk to with support says one thing and doesn’t support the driver, the driver calls back and talk to someone else and they get their problem resolved.

I agree...some CSRs don't want to deal with it and give a passive or incorrect answer just to get the driver off of the phone.

That is 100% correct. That has happened multiple times where 1st person said No, 2nd person added stairs with no prob. Now that Taskrabbit is taking over, hopefully, they fix those problems.

Hello bro here's the info flight of stairs by Dolly Dolly typically considers one flight of stairs to be around 10-15 steps. However, this may vary based on platform policies, so confirming within the Helper app or discussing with Dolly Support is necessary. If a delivery involves more than one flight of stairs, an adjustment can be added for each additional flight. For example: 1 flight: Covered in the base service or single adjustment. 2+ flights: Requires additional adjustments. Always confirm the stair count with the customer and ensure they approve the adjustment in the app for compensation. Let me know if you'd like help finding more official details!

Where is that info in Dolly 101? I want to read that in their terms. The Dolly jobs I've had issues with would not let me adjust for stairs on the app, had to call each time. Also, Dolly has a responsibility to ensure customers provide accurate info. All delivery drivers have a right to know exactly what they have to do, so adjustments shouldn't even be needed if they hold the customers accountable. I don't care if it's 3 steps or 10 steps, I have a right to know.

Goshare did the same thing to me yesterday. The customer put they had a medium Armoire which translates to 75 to 100 lbs in the app for the drivers to see..however the Armoire was actually well over 200 lbs..I contacted customer support but they did not increase our payout but they did update the completed job details for the Armoire as 250 to 500 lbs. When I brought up the weight to the customer of course he was trying to act like he did nothing wrong or shady...but he did have to help us because the other helper was not strong enough. The booking difference would have been $15.

Exactly, these customers are shady, and gig companies do not hold them accountable.

I have no idea, sounds like they just make things up. No one can show me that in writing.
