Best damage wise but not infernal horde friendly. Just stick to Blood Surge for infernal horde

My full summoner can do the same thing and I get way more aether because I have better Aoe and less setup.

Just look at how slow and long it takes for everything to take effect ? This is definitely trash for hoard mode. Too slow. Blizzard messed up this game so bad by making certain builds stronger for seasons. Dumb af.
