Great Channel Big Flips. 25 years ago I use to play with a Balisong. I taught myself many basic tricks, lots of them you are making videos for. Now, 25 years later. I have gotten a new balisong and began flipping again. I see you are an excellent teacher. I’ve learned a lot from your channel. Now 25 years I also made a few tricks. I see nothing like them anywhere online. One certain roll over trick ties all the moves I’ve made together. But no one, and I mean no one has a video for this roll over. I’d love to email you some vids and let you see the roll over. I think you would like it.

as someone who's been learning these tricks, your tutorials have been amazing, and I've learnt a tonne of stuff just from watching this video to those coming here to learn like I do, best bit of advice I can give is genuinely to wear a fingerless glove on the hand that you're flipping for this trick until you can get used to the slapping of the knuckles for it.

"Man up." I'm a 67-year-old woman with arthritis and stroke damage, but OK. 😀 Actually, my son has been learning balisong tricks for a while, and I thought it looked i teresting, so he bought me a practice balisong and taught me the standard opening. I asked him what I should learn next, and he suggested this one, and recommended your channel. I don't aspire to be very good, but think it will be helpful for my dexterity. (I'm right-handed and the stroke affected my right side.) You're a really good teacher!

I've seen a few comments here stating that they got injured by doing it, there's actually butterfly knife trainers, it's a butterfly knife without the sharp blade, of course you'll still feel the metal parts hitting but it's safer to practice that way
@ianwinters133 жыл бұрын
Lol, smart but if done correctly, it is almost impossible to cut yourself during this trick because you hold the safe handle the whole time. They prob mean their knuckles hurt
@revitalcodm74083 жыл бұрын
@@ianwinters13 nah you don't know how much people beginning at something can hurt themselves over nothing at all, if you've done it a few times(other tricks) then you can safely do different tricks without getting hurt, but if you're a beginner, the simplest trick can cut your ass lol

Dude youre an awesome teacher. Ive tried to watch other peoples video they just suck at teaching. You are the only person i have learned from. Ive been at it for like 5 years. Im not near as good as what i think i should be for as long as ive been doing it. But im right handed and on my right hand i broke my pinky like in half in a fight and had 2 surgeries and its frozen half closed. It wont straighten from the middle joint. And it really limits a lot of what i can do but a lot of the tricks it affects i have developed my own take on the trick i was learning with you that ends up being nothing like it. None the less a cool unique trick i never would have learned without watching you. So im thankful for your videos. My balisong is my stress ball fidget spinner it helps alleviate a lot of stress. 🎉
