This is what I've been wanting to see more of. Price is better. Love the wider doors. This model feels open and allows more options for furniture and desk space. I'd turn the entire bedroom wall next to the w/d into a closet. The greatest thing about a lower ceiling like this is you can change the light bulbs yourself and no high windows to keep clean. Less windows to break in a hail storm, cheaper to hang gutters, and easier to paint (inside and out). I love that it has no dormers for less maintenance down the road. This is a much better option for someone older or disabled. Show us more of these please. Now, I'm imagining a Cardinal Weed with no loft, no dormers and a roof like this.

Thank you Mr. Tiny, this is great, I love the 77K. It’s quite affordable, excellent for a single or disabled person. Nice sized closet and living room. I could do a lot in here to make it mine. Actually, that is what they call a walk in shower. You and I need a roll in shower, and it needs to be wide enough to maneuver a shower wheelchair in and around in. Also , a higher toilet with grab bars beside it.

An affordable pearl! I love the front porch, living room space & dining area. Its still a comfortable kitchen with all appliances! I wonder if some would prefer a regular sized shower allowing for a proper linen closet? The only thing I'd truly change is make the bedroom window bigger or add an extra window . Man, I love this floorplan! I was wondering when we would see the APX-150 again, and you've brought it back in style with the Caroline. I'm a big guy with broad shoulders, so I appreciate the wide doorways. Definitely my favorite feature. A close second is the shower, which is surprisingly classy for such an inexpensive tiny home. The bump adds a nice bit of dimension that I don't think I've seen in any other RRC shower. I think I would want to run two rods across that flex space in the bedroom, effectively creating a large closet. I could use the actual closet as a coat closet and have a bed box with built-in drawers for anything I can't hang up.

Very nice Mr. Tiny. I love the simplicity of this home. Appears to be more spacious The wide doors are a must in any home imo. Also the location of the washer and dryer is good. Nobody wants to look at that all the time.

This is a nice little unit. Glad to see that the cliched black hardware has been ditched. I didn't see a dishwasher, but I think that the sink should be a large single bowl regardless.

I'm hoping to purchase a tiny home at the age of 66, over 40 years since I bought a first home in 1982! Since I am disabled and on a fixed income, this model is perfect for me! Wider doorways, room for a bench in the shower and lovely lovely wall space instead of nothing but windows. I do wonder what the regular price is since I can't buy one now. Also, have to wait and see if my income will be affected by the coming election, as a certain party is gunning for my SS and Medicare. Fingers crossed I can check back closer to Christmas!! Mr Tiny An accessible 36 inch bathroom door is great, but why would you put in glass shower doors? Shower curtains are more accessible.

One level, wide doors, some widows but not all windows. Only thing I would change is put double slide doors on shower. That way if you are older and need help bathing the helper can get behind you to do your back without getting wet. And a side ramp to the porch for walkers or wheelchairs. This one is perfect for older person. Not to big, Less windows to wash, uncarpeted so easier to clean, shower long enough for shower stool. Place for a table to eat, do crafts, or whatever, no stairs, wide entries. Great price too.

I wish the mini splits were placed over a doorway or the top of a closet. It can be an eye sore especially if you want to use a wall for art or as an accent wall. It takes away from a blank canvas for art work in an already small space that doesn't really allow for a lot of decor/art.
