Excellent way to teach which i kind of found out my way and wasted a good amount of time from my life. I would sit stretched and hook by legs (knees) inside and then would stretch ...which is here recommended as slightly lifting the knees up and initially engaging from the glutes! Great knowledge and preaching!!!

Hey Ron, here’s a topic. Should you work out to fatigue everytime you go to the gym? I personally dont like leaving until i have done a heavy lift and some cardio at the end. If i dont see a sweat. I dont feel i have accomplished anything. Your thoughts or maybe a video would be very helpful :)

I heard leave cardio and weightlifting separate. I know what you mean though. Little by little I’m upping the weights to feel exhausted. Just burn out 😎👍

I need some advice from anyone! I've been avoiding leg training since at the end of the training I could barely move for the next 4 days. I enjoy running, and I know that by training legs, it will only make me faster. However, how can I combine leg training and runni my without feeling sore? (Sore legs)

Wouldn't it be even better to avoid leg extensions altogether? Seems like legs do better with just compound movements, like leg press n squats. That's been my experience anyway.
