Ron if i dont tell you. You'll never know that ive been working out for YEARS AND YEARS and been looking at best average but working hard to look fit. Never new what i was doing wrong i was working out everyday of the week for 2 hours straight even tho i had a poor diet i still thought my work outweighed my diet problem. Anyway let me get to the good part. I was doing the momentums but not the flexing and really focusing on the muscle i wanted to grow. It was just fast repetitions for me and as i said i looked average at best. But i started your work out yesterday and been at it all day today and i literally see the results of years in just days. Just by focusing and putting all my energy into the muscles i want to grow. Holding my breath and grunting all the way trying to explode my muscles with power. WHAT A BLESSING! what a DIFFERENCE!! Im Gonna be big in no time now. Ripped and happy Thanks bro for your wisdom Changed my life forever

Came across this site by accident. So glad I did. Have not reviewed anything newer, hope there's lots out there. I just subscribed sir as you got me totally stoked. I'm 64 years old, in great health and started lifting, again, about 9 months ago. My triceps are "always" been my hardest muscle to build. I'm sure your tips will help, thanks so much. Your explanations are top notch and professional. Wow, so glad I found you.

Thanks Ron, I have neglected my triceps a bit and this helps a lot. Would like to see a video sometime on Biceps... mine is skinny and tall and lacking the bulge or roundness like yours. I also go for 10-12 reps like you said.. you feel the burn more than short reps.

For the second exercise I learned this on when I tested the p90x you do a similar body weight version single arm. Lay on your side like your going to do oblique crunches or "v ups" if your right arm is on the ground you'd bend that one up and grab your left shoulder. Placing your left hand on the ground so your fingers are close to your armpit and push up. Changing feet position will increase or decrease difficulty it's one of my favorites for body weight tricep exercises

I know everyone is saying that the dude took synthol for his biceps, which I wouldn't doubt, but the advice is genuine. In order to get the best gains for your arms, or any body part for that matter, you need to control the movement.

Thanks ron,new subscriber, first watched the legs video and I did just as u said n for sure I had never hurt nor even felt shaky like I did just after workout. well I've always gone 8 reps and I have it stuck on my mind but am always sure to hit 5 sets. Now if am to go 10-12 how many sets do u recommend and I have a split routine workout schedule, so is it more ideal going for only isolation exercises?

hey man are u truly natural? I just got off of everything about 3 months ago an I lost my gains seem like just as fast as I got them. iv just got back into lifting about 6 months ago never trained natural befor I ain't even taking protein just eating right. was wondering if you have any advice to help me out as far how long to bulk an cut cuz I used to bulk 6 months then cut 3. but that was on all kinds of suplaments where I'd get huge gains quick. an have good results when I cut. this natural routine I'm kinda in the dark.
