The red light, you mean on the charger right? Ok I assume your charger is ok you can make sure using another battery if you have it, but most likely it's the battery, you'd wanna open it and check if it's only a broken connection then fix it or it might be the BMS circuit itself that has an issue in that case you can either troubleshoot that or give to someone who will or change it entirely with a known good one from an other battery and solder then put all together and try

Hello. My charger (gkl 211) has no voltage when plugged in and still without the battery in it. Do you know if this also happens with your charger? It even turns on the first green light, but when measuring with the multimeter it has no voltage at the terminals. (empty/no battery)

@@leonardotavares6672 normally I think there should be some voltage on charger terminals (probably 8.4V) maybe you should open it and check there is a disconnection from terminal to rest of the circuit , since it lighting green

I think the terminal that is not - or + is for temperature, there should be some voltage there to indicate the value of temp to the device I'm guessing. and if you're measuring voltage on cells but not on the circuit then it's abviously something wrong with the bms circuit, you'll have to replace that or check the fuses or troubleshoot the other components if you have the know how

@@leonardotavares6672 I don't think so the BMS inside a battery I had says P+, P- & DQ for the 3 terminals and each terminal goes too different part of the circuit.
