Do it. BRRRR something. I used to love me some BRRRR. Now there are more real estate investors and less inventory = fighting over fixers and someone willing to pay too much. I need to pivot and maybe just accept partial cash out BRRRRs or something. I accept now that I'm not the guy to run a massive marketing campaign to find needle-in-a-haystack deals. And wholesalers shop their deals to repeat, very-high-networth buyers first and the deals I see from them never pencil out. Happy I had a small portfolio before price and interest rate inflation.

Fantastic information that will change your life! He knows what he is talking about, but he is giving it all to you at once, your brain will be slammed! Slow it down for yourself, stop the tape, write some notes. Listen a 2nd time, a 3rd time until you can explain it to your realestate partner.

Can't we be both? We put out 11 free podcasts a week, dozens of blog posts and tons of KZbin content all for free -- and we think it's pretty great information. We also sell tools like our calculators that help investors accelerate their progress. Good Hell, you realize your totally overwhelming the folks that need this. Toooo much. Break this video down into 5 parts. Add a (lets review what we just learned) 5min to all 5 parts. PART 6, do a vocabulary video. Roi what? Brrr huh? Your speaking a language amateurs have not learned yet. Get it together boss, this is BIGGER POCKETS. Get your teaching degree.
