This is the second time I heard someone talk about how Amway introduced them to Rich Dad, Poor Dad.

Personal notes: - they learned all the zip codes and filtered them into A,B,C classes - they would talk to everyone to try and help them find properties ( random people, fedex, Amazon prime drivers) - wholesaling is what they like cus it’s simple. They find problem property’s where people don’t know what to do and they get them to flippers or house buyers. Research into the legal way to do this
