The idea of "super assets" definitely resonated with me. There are a ton of normal assets we can have - a paid-off vehicle, cash, etc. - but a super asset is different in that it actually grows with you and puts money back in your pocket. Loved it!

It would help if they mentioned earlier in the video that they have his parents as business partners, I’m sure they also helped him get started in the first place, doesn’t seem like they would’ve been able to do this without significant financial backing.

This is impressive but when discussing privilege, why wasn’t having your in laws funding the majority of your current and future storage properties brought up? While angel investors exist, most 20 somethings can’t get bank or private loans/investors.

I guess most people use real estate for cash flow, but I have zero interest in that. Need to find other ways 😊

Uh, there's no such thing as a 'super asset'. House hacking, starting a business, investing -- all conventional approaches to growing wealth.

The barrier to entry on real estate is so discouraging...'I got rich in little yrs' And it excludes certain groups of people... Low pay or bad credit or low wealth If 0:16 talks about real estate and then what the hek?!? Great if if it spoke about stocks but....I am still watching...

Mouth still open from an explicit rap ad prior to viewing this video. I need to pray after that mess! My bad, I digress…

If she is so booksmart she should learn to communicate better. The only takeaway from this is the word super-asset. Which is a fun word. I like it. I thought she was gonna say crypto but i was wrong. X)
