Once Axis Bank employee came to open my salary account...I clearly instructed him not to intiate any other services...but he took my signature and issued a Credit Card, D-Mat account without my permission....I instantly complained and Axis Bank took action...that guy almost lost his job...I took back my complain after my HR requested to forgive him...these people have already sold their conscience for the job/targets....beware...take everything on email before signing anything...otherwise you will get several products on your hands for sure...

Wonderful Video Abhishek Sir. Each and every point discussed in the video holds good for Private Sector Banks in India. There was a time when MD of a leading pvt sector bank took out the hard copy of a magazine where there was an article on Wells Fargo. He scribbled his points with pen on the paper and circulated this among the staff through mail until the last person in the branch. Employees were supposed to read the full article, read points made by the MD and put them into practice. Cluster Heads, Circle Heads, Branch Heads used to test the employees by asking questions like 'What is Wells Fargo Model'. The crux was to sell minimum of 4 to 7 Income Generating Products to each customer so as to increase the customer stickiness with the Bank. Further each of the branch will have a staff who will be master in forgery. There is no Banking in these days....all is Sales. Thanks for educating the Viewers Abhishek.

Nowadays basic banking is lost somewhere else. Both PSU and Pvt sector bank employees are under stringent cross selling pressure from their superiors as to such extent that they have started to erode Bank's own business and divert CASA deposits to mis-sell insurance, mutual funds etc. If your End of day reports include business in general banking category you will be scolded and asked to give only cross selling figures. One more thing incentives from cross selling don't percolate to the frontline employees, foreign tours and incentives from cross selling are enjoyed by DGM and above officials. Yearly incentives from cross selling amount to such big numbers that they would not have earned from their three years salary added together. A good cross selling guy would be tagged a star performer and given a momento and a grand dinner with CGM. Also CGM from best circle will enjoy foreign posting. Those CC/OD account holders who have availed high (more then 1-2 cr) limit will be victim of every new circle or region head. Any new cross selling products launched....they are soft targets.

And some poor fellows who have soft corner towards good looking front desk girls fall into the honey trap. I've seen it all..and I love the memes & themes you select for your videos.. As an Ex banking employee, I have seen exactly wht Abhishek Sir told. It seems whole Indian banking system exist on third party product selling namely LI, GI and MF. Even the Cashier and Operations Manager (Accountant) are have to make Customer visit in between Banking hours to achieve their high end targets. Actually a banking staff never had a specific duty hour, he has unlimited duty hour with never ending target and selling pressure.No personal life. "SuperMan" is the perfect word for these so called Managers, RMs,Officers who after many years of banking service still ask themselves whether they worked for an Insurance company as agent or a Bank as banker.

I was in the XYX bank and we were opening demate account along with salary account of thousands of employees without their consent because they were fresher and don't have any knowledge regarding demate.... Axis bank credit card employees are good at forging signatures, now they are doing it through Otp, my friends got cheated by getting offered free cards, but ended up with 2000 charges and cancelling the cards after filing police complaints. The complaints were registered at Whitefield police station bangalore. Especially credit card divisional are so cheap cheaters Really lots of appreciation sir, for your efforts to bring real issues and awareness to general public ❤❤❤👌👌👌

100% true sir i was working with icici bank ltd as a PB RM in branch banking , on a daily basis we have given sales comitments to our branch head and RH . Sometime it feels target which we receive so unrealistic and are even forced to complete target at any cost other wise branch head tried to demotivate aur even worst part they tried prevents us to signing in to the system. That's why I had already quite banking sectors

Axis Bank ne 2018 me yahi scene kiya, unhone Chhoti chhoti companies k sath karar kiya aur jadatrr salary account bank ne khulwa liye. Uske 2 mahine baad sabko Credit card maintenance fees k torr pe 500 1000 Rs. Ka debit krr diya ki bolkr apko credit card issue hua hai jabki employees ne credit card apply bhi nhi kiya tha 😂
