I think Ned being so decent and likable makes him the perfect character to break bad. 14:00 the spell doesn’t just make everyone forget who Peter is it erases every indication that he ever existed so anyone photo with him in it like you Ned’s birthday example the photo would still exist but Peter wouldn’t be in it so he wouldn’t have a drivers license if he ever had one, a social security number, a credit or debit card or even something as simple as a Libra card so he would be erased from them but that thing they were on would exist so with the credit and debit card example those would still exist just Peter’s name card number and anything else to prove he existed would be erased but the card would still have things like the company/banks logo and name of the company/bank on it and with your happy and aunt may example happy would still know may as he said he knew her through Spider-Man when Peter visits her grave so just makes logical sense that everyone that knew someone through Peter when he was being Spider-Man and learned he was Peter would only think they knew that person through Spider-Man not Peter

Wait if vulture forgets peter is Spiderman he should still remember that Spiderman saved him not peter himself, the spell erased people's memory of peter being Spiderman so there's an implication that everything around him still had a connection to him. Ex. Ned and MJ forget that Peter is Spidey but they might remember that they worked with Spiderman. -Avengers forget who he was but they still remember they been together against thanos. -This was the case of Happy, he knows May but through Spiderman he somehow remember her. When dr. Strange said "the problem is you who is living to different lives" this was hint on how the spell works. The spell removed Peter's other life which him being Peter Parker a normal teenage student. Ps. I wrote this during 2:11

Well, Peter’s credit card and phone numbers and stuff like that still exist, because Peter still exists, it’s just that nobody remembers him. For example lets say you had a pet hamster that you sold a few years ago and you forgot about it, the hamster would still exist, you just wouldn’t remember it. So if when you sold the hamster the cage was left at your house, the cage wouldn’t disappear because you forgot about about the hamster. So if everybody forgot about Peter, his credit card wouldn’t randomly disappear. It still exists.

I've got a theory: Now we know that Ned is able to do a little bit of Dr strange magic, I do think ned accidentally uses his magic and finds out peter is spiderman in another universe and tries to find peter (tom) in his universe and asks him if he is spiderman. then peter might ask him "Ned? Do you still remember me!?" and then he tells him all about it to restore his memory. Cuz, the spell will only erase everything that shows peter is spiderman also peter's existence in their universe. even it erases most of it, still, ned might have those power cuz of Dr.strange (which means the spell doesn't affect the power he got from strange, and it still exists). anyways that's just a theory ; )

Its quite strange that TH spiderman was so close to Tony and he never left him anything from his will except the glasses. Like, not even a little bit of money to help him get by.
