I think being that Rabbit is the oldest toy of Christopher Robin, he named him Rabbit. After that he got creative. When my daughter was little I told her she had to name her toys. So her rabbit became Rabbity and her doll was named Doll. As she got older she named them with name names. That's my theory.. Thank you, that Pepsi display was an excellent find.
