Its such a stupid rule.. taking headshots out of the game makes plenty of sense, but now youre being penalized for textbook defense. Defenseless receiver shouldnt even be a term.. yes throw the flag if at any time they contact the helmet , but please stop flagging guys for timing up hits as the ball arrives.. thats fundamental football
