Its a unique team and a unique city. The fans are there but they wont always be in the stadium. Each game in vegas is a superbowl for other teams' fans. Theyhave it circled and spend a bunch of money for the weekend experience. And this is what the nfl and the city wants. The stadium is only one venue. Its akin to the mayweather fights. He would bring in almost billions to the city. The city not just the arena.
