I think the biggest misconception by anyone who doesn’t lift is they think most people don’t take steroids. Most people who do take their physique seriously take something and just can’t admit it to anyone. Liver king almost ends up being a rallying cry now as everyone will be more interested in his steroid routine so they can attain the same.

I've always watched Derek from MPMD and I'm glad he's getting more popularity so young men realize just how unrealistic several of these actors and social media guys' bodies are and how much gear goes into some of these physiques. Usually 2-3 years dedicated working and then cycling after that as well.

nah he is part of the problem. There are a lot of natural guys saying the same thing just no attention is being made because why listen to someone that is not "aesthetically pleasing" or looks like a DYEL. People being open about roids, whilst blasting said roids are directly contributing to increases in roid usage by their audiences. in this case, "transparency" and normalization go hand in hand. Actions will always speak louder than words and many of the "transparency" dudes often try to minimize the impacts of steroids when it comes to their own bodies.

They often say " rather live like a lion for a day than a sheep for the rest of my life". Well, they are seeing their favorite influencers continue to blast gear even though the supposed negative side effects. You won’t quite expect what kind of show that is, but the premise is: He’s an awkward (but genius) comedian (that sort of never breaks his awkward character) and the goal of the show is the ”help small businesses” buy coming up with some really crazy ideas. I know some guys do, but I'd hate to be that jacked. I used to toss iron around when I was younger, but now I work on being fit and flexible, not big and bulky ... 10 minute stretch, pullups, pushups, situps and a 20 minute run is all you need. The key is your diet, which for me revolves around eating until I'm satisfied, not when I'm stuffed. Feel a lot better now (especially from stretching) than I ever have.

If anyone's still wondering about the midsection he has going, it is due mainly to HGH usage. The condition is also known as "palumboism". When bodybuilders use HGH for a more extended period of time and eat massive amounts (volume) of food, an extension of the mid-section is undeniable.
