It's never too late. We own a home and at 47years of age we decided to go up an extra floor to accommodate our 6 foster children that will be with us for life. We thought that's it. No more big purchases we are too old. My father passed away and we paid into the estate to buy my father's cottage, our dream land cottage. I always felt like my family life would look like this but in my late 40s felt I was too old but it's happened and we ate so happy about it. If you dream it it can happen for you!

You got time brother. Grind your heart out and get that land. I wasted 13 years of my life partying out of high school and I just got my high school diploma at 30. It hurts knowing that I could’ve just been that much more responsible and could have a stack of money to pay for my kids through life, never regret what you did though, because so long as we have time in life, there is still a chance. Fish on brother, stack up get some land and your good to go 😊
