Yes, it will come in by 20%+ relative to rates; however, that will allow for the next generation to come into the pool. It's not rocket surgery. If you print 40+% of the currency, ALLLLLLL assets should reflect this devaluation, unless of course, they are not assets. Houses tend to be assets only if you have cash flow/rents above and beyond the note. In that case, they are better than bonds. Specifically if the US just printed currency that causes a confidence crisis in treasuries. I have sold my properties and am 50/50 gold/cash. Waiting for the sale here.

This recession is most likely the result of an external factor. For the first time in decades, the United States is losing its clout as a federal reserve currency. They don't have any more economies to use to control inflation, and less money is being spent on stock and oil trading than in the past. They all lend support to the idea that a new multilateral world order is in the works.

I've been watching Patrick Bet-David since 2019. After watching his video on the housing market in June and talking to my wife, I listed my house in Tampa back in June. It sold for double my loan amount, and we bought the house in '17. We've gone into rental mode for a year in anticipation of the housing crash. This is the best financial decision we've ever made. We went from looking down the barrel of inflation debt on a single family income (wife is a stay at home mom who home schools) to paying off all our debt and owning our vehicles outright. You are right. I disagree comparing the interest rates 30 years ago with today. Here is why. 30 years ago the average mortgage was 1-2 times the yearly salary today is 10 yearly salaries. Numbers are different because the 10% rate of 100k home 30 years ago has a huge difference with today's 10% rate on the same home costing 1m $. Home prices do not rise in value but because of the inflation.

@@jimbo9661 I enjoyed my apartment a lot. I was a single mother with two babies in my arms and no child support. It was the best time of my life. I had a swimming pool right below my balcony and lots of space where my son will compete with his friends on bikes, rollerblades, skateboards, tennis, and so on. I worked in two jobs to make ends meet and loved my job as a trilingual secretary in various international companies. Later on, my company encouraged me to go to university to get a degree in accounting and a CPA and it paid my tuition 100 percent. Those were the good old days with plenty of freedom. I will not hesitate to pay another 11 percent for this apartment. I now enjoy my retirement: I knit, cook, clean, take care of my organic garden, play with my grandchildren, and learned to swim the butterfly with ease two years ago by using KZbin. I even enjoy the lockdown since now I have a house with 3/4 of an acre thanks to the money I made from my old apartment. And I have no HOA behind my back telling me what to do. My children are also doing quite well. By the way, I cost nothing to the American government. I get no social security and Medicare but had to pay federal and State taxes.

The national debt in 1990's was on 36.4% of the US's gdp. The national debt to gdp today is approx 126%. Learn not to sell in a panic when everything goes down and not to buy in euphoria when everything goes up. I advise y'all to forget predictions and start making a good profit now because future valuations are all speculations and guesses. The market is very unstable and you can not tell if it's going bearish or bullish. I have been thinking similar things. Seeing this during my childhood. $50g home people paid over $200g for cause of the interest. The largest wealth transfer continues.

@@mikewilliams5499 look at the sheer madness in the world today.. the Bible says ,"in the last days good will be evil..and evil will be good." (Isaiah) I live in New York City and I've been here over 65 years and I've never seen so much insanity..ever.. in my life like this and every day it gets worse!!

@@johnk3071 ok. I see the angle to your saying. Yah is not moving. It is satan that is moving right before Yah's kingdom to come. The son of David will destroy this system based on screwing people over in a lifetime of debt, that of which the shill Dave Ramsey supports. Sound money is gold and silver according to scripture but the mainstream financial gurus seem to disagree.
