I agree. This channel is really good. Good concise information and easy to listen to. I own 2 Dyson stick vacs, the V11 and the Gen5 detect. I've had a few issues with my V11, but Dyson has looked after me every time. The first issue was the exact problem you made a vid about the V11 randomly turning on. The second was the dirt cup falling apart. Dyson sent me a brand new Main Body & Big Cyclone Assy and a new bin assembly, free of charge, which I was very happy with and quite surprised, considering it was a year and a half out of warranty. Just thought I'd share that. Great channel.

Hi Richard, I have V 15 and it suddenly stopped, making start and then suddenly stop working, I clean it regularly with not leaving any moisturizing or anything, so what can I do?

I’m sorry I can’t be more help. First try to see if it might be a battery issue. It could be a broken trigger as well.
