I am doing the same mistake Compound lifts me belt use Kar sakte hain jisme core engage hota hai Lekin calisthenic compound lift me belt use nahi Kar sakte Ab maine bina kissi belt ke Pullups ka set khatam kar diya Ab 4din se abs sore hain

Good true talk maine bhi ek galti kiya tha wo bhi share karta hoon Body badi mushkil se banti hai ek saal mein Maine banaya phir overconfidence ke wajah se 3 months mein poora body kharab kar diya uske baad ajj bhi sochta hoon phir waise body ban Jaye ek baar so keep improving never quit agar quit karoge toh pachtaoge go in same flow and consistency

I only do push ups , planks, crunches , sit ups , leg raises , mountain climbers, jumping jacks, squats all at home only 15-30 min daily alternatively after my office. I stay 13 hours out of home for office ( 5 day office) The day I train abs I perform plank , crunces ,leg raises, bicycle crunces etc .. Alternative day push ups .. Still my abs are visible!! I do this everyday. No gym , nothing.. but I maintain diet . Less carbohydrates, 2-4 eggs daily , almonds , no sweets , sugar as less as possible, fast foods as less as possible, less carbohydrates at dinner , healthy fats like ghee , curd, high protein !!

Bro but are abs necessary? General public to shirt ke bina utna ghoomegi nahi, aur agar abs bana bhi liye, uske visible hone ke liye lifelong diet maintain karna hoga, to prevent fat from building up (correct me if i am wrong)
