1:17 is absolutely a clean hit, the hit was through the trunk of the body and the other player but himself in a position where head contact was unavoidable. NHL rules say that in such a hit head contact is okay. Just another physicality penalty we now see all the time

The guy hits high every time elbow or high stick. Dirty player and loves to hit from behind. Plus he's cocky about it not unlike Tkachuk. At least Tkachuk plays with a code and will fight. Typical Russian thug. How many teams has he played for? Lots , that says to me he is not a good team guy. Canuks like him but way too much money for what he wants. Will be gone after this season .
