When in Cebu, make sure you don't miss going to these places; IT park, sugbo mercado (thu-sun), sirao & temple of leah (day time), tops lookout (night time), la vie parisienne, city proper, sm seaside, simala shine, dao and kawasan falls. And with the help of google map and asking around.. Commuting in Cebu either via jeep or bus, will never be a problem.

Well Cebu has lots to offer..cebu is just small but so many wonderful places to go..Such as Bantayan island, camotes island, Temple of Leah, The Tops, Kawasan falls, tumalog falls, Oslob whale sharks, New Mactan international airport, Sirao garden, Sto Nino basilica church, Simala church, Toist temple,Sinulog festival and this new Ocean park and more to mention.. Topography-wise. it would be nearly impossible (at least in the next 40 years) to have a train system connecting the 3 main islands of the philippines since the philippines is an archipelago. Unlike the US and even singapore where majority of the land area is landlocked so it's "easier" to have a unified train system.
