After Fold 2, 3 and 4, Oppo N2 and open, the best foldable i ever had. I ve grown tired of foldables. Oneplus did an outstanding work, but the support from companies is not there. Many apps have small or major issues, esp the Meta apps, browsers and Office apps are killing the experience for me and after so many years of patience, i think that i have had enough.

It's only twice as fast at wireless charging, compared to wired charging if the zf6, if you get a 50w wireless charger. In the UK at least these are really hard to come by. More likely we shall all be using the wireless chargers we already have in our homes which will be about 25w. Still, it's an improvement on the opo1.

Your channel and coverage of the Surface Duo 2 is what got me started on foldables. For nearly 3 years I've been using the SD2, and finally the OPO2 rumors have given me the itch to upgrade for many reasons now... Faster charging, wireless charging, water resistence, better cameras, good battery life, much faster chipset, double the RAM, brighter screens, better rumble, better bluetooth and cellular connectivity, easier pocketability, excellent build quality, Face Unlock, security/software support, various multitasking modes...and likely other nice things I've yet to imagine. I'll always hold onto my Duo 2 as a reader, productivity, and emulation machine. I love the wide 4:3 aspect ratio and nearly unmatched side-by-side multitasking. That said, the pros of upgrading now far outweigh the cons for everyday use. My only concern with switching to a flexible foldable is the inner screen durability and dust ingress in the hinge. For that, I'll just buy good insurance and leave my worries behind me. Thanks for all the tech coverage Shane. Staying nerdy!

Honor Magic V3 available now is 66watt wired charging & 50 wireless and is currently the slimmest fold on the market.....but rumour has it that one plus 2 will be thinner and have bigger battery capacity & they want to thin down the rear camera bump. I don't think the market is there for it, yet. Manufacturers regularly sell less foldables than their non folding counterparts and they remain a very niche market because of how expensive they are. A lot of people aren't willing to drop $1300-$1800 on a phone that only folds once, they're definitely not going to be interested in one that's $3,000
