I'll do botox as it really helps my cluster headaches and trigeminal neuralgia! I'm in grief therapy, and behavioral therapy is 1x every 2 weeks... I call it self-improvement 🙏 ✨️ I'm struggling with my being able to find me after a 41-year marriage since my husband passed away, after a TBI and a broken neck after 470 in the hospital... I have been with him since I was 16! There are huge adjustments, and I would like a few tweaks, nothing drastically different. Just self care. I'll take frozen because of pain, not vain,,, lol. Yes! Safety! I had a bad reaction to a lip 💋 filler - I don't remember the name & my clinic no longer offers it. I wasn't the only person who had a negative experience. God bless you all, merry X- Mas !🎄🎁✨️

Thank you for your constant research, Dr. Rajani. I notice, however, that in almost every video, you mention Sculptra in a positive light. My experience was just the opposite. Back in 2015/16, working with my dermatologist, and opting for a very conservative approach, he injected Sculptra in the cheekbone area of my face-just a small amount every few months. It worked well, but then I developed a small, hard lump on my upper-right cheek. He assured me it would dissolve, but I stopped getting Sculptra and spent the next two years waiting for it to go away, which it did not; it even showed in photos. The dermatologist, “blaming the victim,” to my mind, said perhaps my own body had generated a cyst and that he might need to excise it surgically. Alarmed, I told the plastic surgeon I had started seeing. He said he had observed enough of this problem that he had stopped using Sculptra in his practice. Because I had not been able to get help from my initial provider, my surgeon injected the lump with water, twice, with no results, and then treated it three times with 5-fluorouracil, a cancer drug that has also been used for scar reduction. I will note here that this kind doctor did so without charge. To my huge relief, it worked! You can be sure that I am very loyal to him and not eager to ever try Sculptra again. Your experience must not have included such undesirable side effects, right? Did Sculptra change its formula or treatment methods in subsequent years, or was I just an unlucky one percent?
@rajanimdskincareАй бұрын
Thanks. We all have different techniques. Almost all my patients get sculptra and prf for 15 years now. It's my go to. But I use it mainly on bone and in many different concentrations depending on the zone.

I had 6 vials last summer, had no lumps, no down time , just glow and young cheeks and jaw line. I think it’s about who injects it. I researched and found a doctor who specialises in 3 different medicine disciplines. He did the mixture while I was covered with numbing cream. He targeted deep layers of the skin which I really felt, it was not pleasant but worth it. I hope you find a solution very soon and feel happy soon.

My provider doesn't think Rf microneedling is worth it for me. Just regular skin pen. I do have a thin face. I get sculptra touch-ups every 2 years or close to. I'm doing 1 fraxel restore in January. My provider thinks it's a better treatment for building collagen fir me. I have pretty good skin for a 49 year old. I'm going to be 50 in Feb! Where does the time go! She rhinks 1 fraxel every 1 to 2 years is good enough for me.I have been using tretinoin for close to 10 years. Do vitamin C in the morning. Peptife + cerimide mosisturizer *i have dry skin) Lots of sunscreen rain or shine. I do have a bit of HA filler in my face as well. Lips for just the natural look like you explained. As you get older the lips get thinner and deflated. We just pumped them up a tad. I do also have filler under my eyes. This one still kind of worries me. It's still there and I had it done almost 2 years ago. It still looks ok, but I think is coming down more under 1 eye. The other one is just a tad puffy. Not noticeable to others. I notice it when I smile or under certain lighting. My injector thinks it looks good still, but I'm not sure. I've thought about EZgel, but I can't seem to find a good place for it, and I've seen some iffy reviews on it too. You need to top it up every 3- 6 months and is more $$$$. It doesn't work on everyone. I don't know if I I can trust just anyone to do it. I can only seem to find medspa nurse injectors here to do it. I go to a plastic surgeon to do my fillers. I want a doctor or at least a nurse who works under a Dr. I also supplement with collagen and silica.
@DoctorHealth8Ай бұрын
Thank you for sharing your detailed skincare and treatment routine! It sounds like you've put a lot of thought and effort into maintaining your skin health. It’s great that you’re working with a provider who tailors treatments to your specific needs. Fraxel, tretinoin, and your careful sun protection regimen are definitely solid choices for collagen building and anti-aging. As for the under-eye filler, it’s understandable to be cautious-it might be worth discussing dissolving options or alternatives with your plastic surgeon if it continues to concern you. EZgel can be tricky, so your preference for a highly qualified injector is wise. Have you considered consulting another experienced doctor for a second opinion? It might provide clarity and peace of mind!

Agreed I have an expert in the field use rf needling on me and did an awful job and aged my face by reducing the cheek fat. My face fell. I wish I was more careful while great at one thing was not experienced enough and still made mistakes. I lost weight fast on Wegovy and now my smile lines are numerous. I was told they are tethered to face muscle and injecting with sculptra would separate them. Plus Sculptra would fix the problem in 3 treatment's. I've since then heard not to do Sculptra if you plan on a facelift in the future (scar tissue). I've the same about fillers. Does Sculptra cause surgical issues like fillers do? I've been holding off on cheek filler (only had it once 2 yrs ago) and do not want to risk future facelift possibilty. I've tried clear and Brilliant laser and moxi laser. Plus I use red light and microcurrent regularly.

You’re fantastic thank you for all your information you always help me. Just wondering you did not mention radiesse Do you still believe in this product I use it for the neck and jaw lines. I use sculpture for temples and cheeks.
@rajanimdskincareАй бұрын
I like it for it's stiffness. Like along the jawline

Hi Dr, Thanks! What is the correct way to do Restylane in the lips like in your patient you showed? How much Restylane and how often? And EZPRF, does it work for everyone?

If I can only afford the LED mask or the Newa at the moment which would you recommend? About to turn 43.

Great question, I'd like to know too 😊

What results do you want to see? are you willing to run a device and learn it? How is your skin and angles? at 43 start with either but eventually both and add microneedling

When I talked to them a month ago....maybe 2 years. But sculptra is the same or better so we don t need it

I love your content! The only thing I have an issue with the most is I have one upper eye lid that’s so saggy and I am scared to get a surgical lift due to anesthesia precautions I need to take , MHP . So what can I do ? It’s getting so bad it’s affecting my vision when I am tired and it droops worse , eye lid tape no longer works. this is only on one eye the other is still holding out ! Im not trying to look younger but do not want to look old and mean or weird. My saggy eye lid is driving me nuts.

Isnt Radiesse is a skin booster as well?
@rajanimdskincareАй бұрын
Not at all. It's calcium

@@rajanimdskincare oh wow, thank you! do you recommend sculptra or diluted radiesse for neck? I was told you can't use Sculptra? Ty!
@rajanimdskincareАй бұрын
@cherylsimon7619 never sculptra in the neck. Never. Radiesse has some risks there too but I mix with prf. Be careful with any biostimulators in the neck

Dr Dr Rajani, what do you think of sunekos injections around the eyes, face and neck? Is it worth it? Also Sculptura for neck and chest? I had great result on cheeks with Sculptura thanks to you.

I got that and my left side is now good but my right side isn’t even and people sometimes think I have like swollen and I see it in my pics I still have an imbalance I wish I could fix. I was originally so excited I went to a good Dr. I just gave up but it is not real bad but of course I notice. (:
