Try to sleep at 10pm and wake up at 3-4 am. 10pm-2am is a time where your sleep quota get covered and you wont feel that sleep as much as you feel normally. You will be little sleepy which can be avoided with 2 cup of black coffee in a day. And this way you will be able to study 15-16 hrs.Try it.Its proven. You can search this thing on youtube also.
