Nine Sols is one of my favorite games I played this year. While I don’t think the map design is as captivating as Hollow Knight (at least to me), the combat is some of the best I have ever played with.

You've probably already noticed this, but most of the time enemies will have a little white shine on their weapons right before they hit you. If you parry when you see this, you will usually get it. Once I realized this, it really helped me out!

A tip if you hear the meaty sound when you pary it means you did a inpresise pary and you take internal damage that will be dealt when you take damage. It can be healed with the pipe or you Wait

I’m just so confused why you didn’t give the game more of a shot. Like hollow knights first part isn’t great either. Also I liked the first part personally, whereas I feel like most people don’t love the first part of hk

its a good game, it is difficult but it doesn't have the charm of hollow knight. Worth a play though.

Really think this game has potential but I really REALLY hate the exploration and it's story, it's just not for me... Really wish they had more bosses because that's the only part of this game that was good for me.

Hey Prima! I also though this game had waayyy too story focused, there is a game sort of simular to Nine Sols but more charming in my opinion, its called Bō: Path of the Teal Lotus, maybe you could check it out or something! :)
