I used to live in Virginia and they have the best bingo, pull tabs and scratch offs! I rarely walked out of a bingo hall with less than 300.00! Their scratch offs will tell you right away Is they are losers by certain letters. I think some were D and Z were losers. Their jackpots are huge !
