Usually at that time the restaurants are switching shifts and cleaning and in order to clean the machines they have to turn them off and then reboot them I used to work at McDonald's and people did get mad but they don't understand, the lady that offered oj and tea did the right thing those are make with different machines than the softdrinks also when we take money only is because we have to close the system for the day and send the sales so all the POS have to be close for the day sometimes it takes 10 minutes some other times things go wrong and it can take hours

McDonald’s messed up my order earlier and I just got Church’s Chicken for dinner and they forgot my corn and now they’re closed. Not one fast food place can get an order right.
