I know I am way late on this but that Conch you spoke of is pronounced like "conk" and it comes from inside Conch shells like those big spiral end shaped shells that kids put their ears up to and "hear the ocean" if you've heard of that kinda thing.

The conch is pronounced like Conk.. its a carribean delicassy. It is a a sea snail that comes in those spiral seashells u find on the beach, that u put to ur ear and hear the ocean. Its firm like a clam/scallop type flavor. I think you would like it. People make ceviches and stuff.

Hi aNate, Just FYI, there is a Kura revolving sushi in Santa Clara, which is next to San Jose in the Silicon Valley in Northern California. You should fly into San Jose international airport and go to Kura over here. 🤗🤗🤗🤗

I didn’t even know that was in sac, I have to go and try that. I’m pretty close to Sacramento. Another place you guys should try is Hao Bao Dumplings in Sacramento, that place has the best dumplings I have ever had. Also recommend getting the house sauce with the dumplings if you like them. Love the video by the way! ❤️😍
