You can find my negative experience with this product with videos and photos on Amazon UK. ### Disappointing Experience with Bigme B751C I recently purchased the Bigme B751C from their official shop and am thoroughly disappointed. The color display has shadows, the back makes noises, and the buttons are loud. The software is also very unresponsive. Customer service was unhelpful and only offered a replacement, not a return or refund. With these quality issues, a replacement isn’t acceptable. I will never consider purchasing from them again. Avoid this product and company.

Nice review. I think with this form factor, Bigme should simplify their UI and make it more reader focused. One reason I like an e-reader is because it is a specialty device designed for one task.

Well this is actually supposed to be an eink tablet not just an eraser. It opens it up to have all your reading apps

Good review. My Bigme is on the way from China. I am a little bit concerned about the functionality of the pen and if a replacement could work better.

In terms of color e-ink productivity machines, the Note Air 3c is worth considering. Good price point in that space and the screen feels excellent under a stylus. The OS has some quirks, but nothing that breaks its ability to ride the line between reader and tablet.

Thanks for the review; hadn't heard of Bigme. PS the naming convention reminds me of Ibanez guitars -- I love 'em but they are often called a jumble of letters and numbers which looks like a secure password -- and I genuinely don't know what my everyday player is named -- so you have a point about the name.

I don't know where to ask this so hopefully you see it! Do you know why the Kindle Paperwhite says "Currently Unavailable" with the "we don't know when or if this item will be back in stock" warning in Canada? It is still on the US website, but they won't ship it (or any Kindles here though some of their products will ship from that site to Canada). I have a Paperwhite so it's not a Paperwhite emergency, but I have been checking for deals on one for my 22-year-old and the Prime Day deal SUCKED and they were in stock after that then about a week or so ago I noticed they say unavailable. I am wondering if we are finally getting the Agave and the Blue options or maybe even the Bluetooth!? But I find how long it's been unavailable interesting. Would love to know if you have any ideas or theories or have seen any rumours? I know the Paperwhite is only 2 years old but with Kobo launching colour this year I am wondering if this is going to be a new device launch? Anyway, you're my favourite e-reader source so thought I would ask you and see if you have any inside knowledge or suspicions! Hope you're doing well

Bigme the name itself sounds so generic. Wish the se Chinese makers would hire an American to name their products.
