OMG. How your golf has improved, you're reading the game better, and enjoying it by the looks of things and your swing is 100% better. Well done fella. You should be very proud of yourself.

Thank you Carl I think I am finally start to click into place. For me it was very much a mindset issue and now I am relaxed and as you say, not rushing but reading the game more and my putting has improved dramatically.

Your a lucky man playing golf with that beauty round you and the fresh air. Us city yolks are getting smashed with fumes and our courses are all mud & water with sand all over the greens.
@BIGOGGIEGOLF6 жыл бұрын
Oh believe me my friend I was born in a big city and will always be a city boy at heart but I love the sea and living here in West Cornwall is a bit of a dream too. It’s why I am a professional wavescape artist too.
@gooddeedsbeatbad26256 жыл бұрын
+BIG OGGIE GOLF yeah the artist in you comes through in your vlogs. Regarding your fitness. The big secret is to pick up your metabolism. You do that by moving a bit faster over short walks. Going up hills & banks over golf courses is ideal. Climbing a set of stairs every day excellent anall and great for hip power. That gets the blood feeding every joint & organ and picks up the pace it moves. . If you also eat 3-4 hand size portions of food a day, your brain will start releasing your fat stores. Bit by bit is the motto and enjoy the journey.

Fantastic views from the course John. Agree with what others have said you played those holes (especially the first 2) really well, your game has improved, practice does work.
@BIGOGGIEGOLF6 жыл бұрын
Thank you my friend. I was especially pleased with the way I played here and it’s really tough when you film at the same time. Because most of the time you are thinking of whether the camera is working, the audio is working and whether I can be seen on camera etc. And then you have to think what to say and oh yes play golf too ha ha.

Dont worry about the silhouette absolute stunning views . As others have said your golf as come on leaps and bounds. So you are the John the pirate of Penzance then😀👍

My dad and I were only talking about Caps Cornwall GC yesterday and wondered if it was still going. We used to visit every year when I was a kid and we were on holiday. Great to see the spectacular views again.

Hi there Becki. Lovely to hear from you again. I am so pleased that I managed to recreate some fond memories for you. Cape Cornwall is a stunning location and recently the owners of the hotel complex have put a lot of money into that part of the business. If they do the same with the good course too it will be here for many years to come I am sure.

Thank you Ian. I do feel more confident now. Today I had a full morning lesson at the new Hayle short game area with Richard Sadler who did some of my Pro Tips on here last year and I learnt a lot today. Then play at West Cornwall in the Texas Scramble and played really well. My putting is definitely becoming my strong point right now.
