That was good, I have been to Bruntingthorpe fast taxi runs many times and I hope to go many more times, but good as that is they don't seem to keep the power on as long as that.

It was freshly painted at that time. Later it faded to the more familiar shade. There are photos of RAF aircraft with the colours much like this, as the paint codes were researched beforehand
