I could easily live in this rig, but the price is way outside my budget. I don’t like vents in the floor, and I’d expect to see soft close drawers/doors at the price, but it is a beautiful rig!

Find it odd people continually feel the need to post financial "advice" on RV reviews. Everyone who purchases an RV knows it's both a depreciating asset and a poor investment. Camping is a luxury. We work hard to afford a brand new, completely unnecessary, 41.5' luxury 5th wheel with an also unnecessarily large diesel DRW truck. I guess because I can afford these options in the first place, my judgement and decision-making must be at least somewhat sound. Appreciate you taking the time to review all these RV's and tow rigs...its flat awesome!
@sigbauer9782Ай бұрын
I saw this floorplan today and was blown away. Every single facet of this 5th wheeler really nailed it, and that shower is much larger and nicer than the video shows. The unit I saw had a under-sink dishwasher and a whole-unit softener/filtration system, and retailed for $199K, but was selling for "only" $124K, meaning you could get this for less. The dealer was doing all he could to get me to buy it today. The bathrooms in the unit I saw were very different and it had a washer and dryer installed, which is nice, but they blocked half of the closet. BTW, as a CPAP user I am here to tell you that, unless you're using a travel unit, then you are NOT going to fit the device on one of those tiny shelves.

Just a little modification in the 1/2 bathroom, because there are more storages, it's will cool to make (transform actually storage) for a cleaner materials. Thanks lot for the visit

It's now been one full year that the wife and I wernt full time and have learned a lot along the way. Things like what we need and those things we thought we needed but absolutely hate having it such as the Bunk Room. That bunk takes sooo much space away from everything about living. Sure, it's great if we wanted a big closet for all the stuff that could have gone underneath the rig in the basement. The bathroom/shower is entirely too small for comfort during a sharing the shower moments. The bedroom.... Ridiculous.; I'm only 5'6 and find it rough to get dressed in there without the passenger slide included. The kitchen/living room being one room is something we learned we hated! This floorplan is amazing! Likely going to be a serious move in the next year for us but the couple things missing on this is the master bed/front bath slide on passenger side. Then the exterior storage space that would take over this "Bunk Closet" we've got right now. I'll bet myself I might be able to make shit happen with this model regardless though. It is a beautiful coach for sure!

Nice unit and a very good review! The suspension is very robust, which is the first thing I look for from watching your prior videos. As a current owner of a 2014 Redwood, I can appreciate the quality of these fifth wheels. As with every RV, there are minor tweaks I would make, and one would be to move the Level Up panel to it's own compartment towards the front of the fifth wheel.

Not sure of your love affair with friction hinges. My Landmark came with it and I had the dealer eliminate it. A strong breeze would close it and about the time you thought it latched it wouldn’t due to the friction. You still need to have an anchor on the door for any type of wind, so why fight a friction hinge.

Disagree on the slide boxes. Even DRV refers to their standard paint as "partial body paint", and "full body paint" with matched slide ends as an option.
@BigTruckBigRV2 жыл бұрын
I'm sorry but this isn't exactly true, even though many dealers will make you feel that it is. Partial Paint on a DRV means that the base is white with painted graphics over it. When you opt for the Elite package, you get colored paint/graphics on all of the unit. The Elite package also include painted slide ends with stripes that go through them as well.

Why are not all the doors soft close at that price. Why do every manufacturer think that the most awesome thing to do is washing your clothes in your closet. Awesome half bath where you could have your washer but they think trying to work around your clothes and stuff in your closet would be way cooler. Why don't they listen go the women who have to try and do the washing in the closet is not cool. Lots of Awesome fifth wheels and they can't come up with floor plans that don't included you washing your c lothes in the closet.
