I’d put a deck around the front and live in it full time, storage would go in the loft area. I was waiting for oven demonstration but having others causes a distraction so you missed it.

So as a family of 4, I think this would be great for us, two small kids up in the loft would be very happy, and I love the private master bedroom. The front living area is also perfect, just enough kitchen and a perfectly laid out living area. My ONLY complaint with this, there is nothing properly separating the living room/kitchen from the loft. So we put our kids to bed but we want to sit and watch the tv, how do we isolate the kids sleeping from the light and sound of the living area? I feel like they could have easily put a pocket door in.

Tight with the island to the table with chairs. Loft area nice to seen some storage with a dividing wall make a little privacy. Bedroom no space to between the bed to the wall is a bad. Bedroom bathroom toliet is awkward position to hit the wall. Not much room to move on it for full size people.

So kids or guest will need to walk through the master room to shower. Plus kids right above master. No go for me!

I wish they would get away from the dual sinks and give more counter or storage. It might look nice, but the practicality not there. Example are two people going to squeeze it to that bathroom, or is one just going to use the second bathroom sink to wash there hands.

I’ll tell you what I don’t like, first thing I don’t like is there are way too many windows in the loft, somebody that’s full-time in that unit is gonna have to insulate every single one of those windows and then you don’t have any roller shades to block out the sun. The second thing I don’t like is there is no space next to the bed so making the bed is gonna be almost impossible.

@@Benders25 That's why I don't like most RVs. They always go for a king size rather than a queen or something more sensible. Like.... I want space to actually get on the bed rather than crawling on from the front.

1 ton dually pick up at the very minimum for an RV of this size. You’re probably better off at a 450 or a 550. The drop frame in the rear like that is gonna be an issue for anybody sooner or later I don’t care for the loft section at all. I prefer the other style of Columbus with the storage underneath the floor from one end to the other.

Do not be fooled by the appearance, there can be plenty of defects hidden under the looks. I am the owner of a Forest River product.

Drop frames on the rear of a trailer are very much prone to scraping over driveways, entering/exiting camp sites...etc. Even on a slight on a slight incline where it wouldn't be noticeable for most RV's. And why isn't there arm rests, and cupholders across from the TV? Just my two cents...

Just one criticism, neither bathroom seems to have a toilet paper holder. I didn’t see anything wall mounted or free standing.

Why is it that nobody ever provides a space for or incorporate a dog crate in the master or dishwasher in these "family"trailers? Many with 2 or 3 kids need a dishwasher (and trash compactor?) and most of them ive come across have a family dog and if it has a crate it usually gets crammed into some spot in the master that's in the way and becomes a catch all. Also,the showers always look really cheap.😐
