It rained the whole time we were in Savannah, but we enjoyed it anyway. Next time you're there, we recommend eating at Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room at 107 West Jones Street. They serve every southern dish imaginable family style. You sit at large tables with strangers and pass around the platters of food that the servers keep bringing to your table. It was good food! Meeting other people was fun too.

Back when we were "newbies", we got caught by missing the "truck exit" somewhere in upstate New York. Thankfully the road was not well travelled (at that time anyway 😀) and the median was flat and grassy, so we were able to complete an illegal U-turn without having to call the authorities to help us out of our bind! As soon as we got home from that trip, we purchased a trucker's atlas of sorts that listed every single low-lying bridge in North America. We also measured the height of our RV in both metres and feet and posted it on the dashboard of the truck. You can't be too careful! Great video 🙂

97 minutes ❤😀. 4 consecutive Dad jokes ❤ and many more (never apologize, 31:23). 2.5 weeks at a long-desired destination ❤. '100' cards of stickers 😂. 1 invaluable history lesson @ 38:15. Tons of fun tourist activities😁. 0 pauses while watching this awesome Vlog # 116. 1 persistent wish for a boat🙃. 2 backup battery chargers ( and 1 snorty Sondra laugh😂) . 10 Amazon packages. 6 repairs. "Run Forrest, Run!" (I thought it was that place too! David Bolt😂). 1 literate Painted Bunting bird (unlike the illiterate Alaskan deer). 20 seconds of movie magic starting at 1:07:25 ("how did they film their last stop from the outside "before" exiting the trolley?😉). 1 verrrrry long moment for a magnolia picture🌞🌞. 2 kissing trees with "Fungus". 2nd time's a charm to see the flying buttresses from the inside, but no such luck at Dotties. 2 lighthouses including one helluva climb to a fantastic view serenaded with birdsong.😊 1 Star Trek reference ❤❤ 1 nice fail -maybe the dolphins need their own sign😂 2 ice cream hangouts - the 2nd was a hoot 🍦🍦 Countless miles walked. 1 marathon watched and thoroughly enjoyed. Here is a thought on your new power pack/ jump start . Just something to know on a lot of those boxes . I know this is going to sound stupid BUT if your battery is completely completely dead a lot of those jump start boxes will not work. YOU HAVE GOT TO HAVE SOME POWER IN YOUR BATTERY YOU ARE TRYING TO JUMP START. So it take power to get power. That one may not be like that but there is a great chance that it is. Hope it works well for you if you need it. Thanks for your video’s. We went to Savanna five or six years ago an saw some of the stuff you saw . The boat you was pointing at while you was on the paddle boat. We have our pictures in front of it . Thanks

One year ago at this time we were in Savanah and Tybee Island. We also toured the fort. So glad to see it all again. We also biked Hilton Head. We had 10 days and loved it all. Enjoyed your video.❤️

Modern booster packs based on capacitors instead of heavy battery packs are a convenient way to minimize hassle.

Well that was a Super-sized vlog and I enjoyed all of it. You and Sondra make fantastic tour guides and I would join your tour any time. You 2 make me laugh with each vlog you put out and of course roll my eyes at some of the dumb “dad jokes”. You always keep it real. As much as I’m not into historical stuff I’m looking forward to your spin on Gettysburg and all of your adventures. Until next week … take care.

Thanks, Christy. It was a super-sized XL vlog! Whew! Glad you made it through and thanks for watching. We're excited about Gettysburg.

Hi, Michael, yes, we fulltime RV travel 365 days. No house, no plot of land and we don't "winter" anywhere. Usually, we stay 1-2 weeks in an area and then hit the road to the next place. We enjoy sharing our experiences with everyone. Glad you stopped by. Hope you enjoy the channel.

The Garmin has a memory card slot in the back. So if the problem is it freezing up maybe put a 32 gig sd card into it. I drive truck and mine used to do the same until I put the memory card. Good luck

Ok... good idea. If it persists then we'll try that. Thanks!
