Great podcast never been a part of the Fall Brawl I could definitely see neighbours not talking even Family over that😂 . I know Kolb i live in SSM fished with him i could only imagine and thats not necessary Its Practice lol . I was in the boat and seen Dave fall in at Detour Village he swam to catch up and wouldn’t let me stop the boat he was more concerned with keeping the boards fishing clean , great share ✌️

Congrats guys ! I got lucky in 2021 , 5th in the brawl , 8th in the slam , it was an incredible experience, the majority of the people entering these tournaments just love to fish and having a great time , in my case it was 99% luck , lol. Probably once in a lifetime luck ! Congrats again !

Great show Ross! Congrats to Ed and Len! Very cool how they were willing to be so forthcoming with information. Huron will be even busier next fall...but that's a good thing. Huron is a great town and certainly embraces fisherman.

They were great....time has shown things change a lot from yr to yr with the better fish as we talked about. Very likely totally different next yr, but there tips are helpful all the time

Some good stuff right there. Very deserving winners. I believe the winning lure last year was a P10? Marvin? Wonder why they are selling the Warrior and keeping the Ranger?

Ross...pardon the ignorance, but what happens with tournament walleye after they're weighed in? Do they get ate, thrown away, etc?
@Bigwaterfishing21 күн бұрын
This isn't really a tournament and more of a jackpot derby and each person takes their fish home. A more traditional format tournament where there is a 1,2 or 3 day weight in permits have to be obtained and in ohios case, they do not issue release tournaments for walleye, so most are donated to soup kitchens or the participants can take them home in many cases

@Bigwaterfishing Appreciate it. The Brawl and Slam are the only ones I participate in, and was curious about the tourney fish. Thanks for clarification 👍🏼
