The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) on Saturday cancelled the results of the two toppers of the Intermediate (Science) examinations, including Sourabh Shrestha, after they failed to prove their merit in a retest.

is this the only solution by bihar government? reviewing only top 10-15 students and cancelling their results? What about others who have done the same? Why should 2-3 students alone feel the psychological trauma and abuse by whole nation? What about the officers and professors who are associated with the boards? Those are main culprits who are greedy for money. Leave this case aside. During my time, when i was in ICSE board, there were lot of students i knew who belonged to financially weaker section from UP board but they were absolutely amazing with their studies. Not a single student of my school was able to compete them in coaching. When results were out, my school students got 90+ percentage while those guy of UP board got their marks in 70s and max 80s. Because the education system of UP and bihar are based on bribery. Teachers get there just to sit idle and get paid by government but they do teach in their respective tution. Also there are many schools who ask for money so that they can help students in exams. If you deny them, they threaten you to fail in practicals. You wont find any place to complain because all officers are included in such filthy money games. Also time left is very less so that one can complain on higher level and study along with that. You know the pressure of boards.

It's nearly impossible to get such marks by copying, you'll be wasting your time looking for stuff, unless you have the marker's answer sheet which raises an even bigger question.
