I love that Brooks grips even in that poor condition! P.S: I worked on a project time ago with similar narrow handlebar and I went for the Classic Ourys (in brown matching saddle colour... so old style). Some people even like just to add a chunky tapebar instead of using grips . Just some ideas...

That grips is great, just needs a bit of glue and its new. The Ourys are golden!!! On my fixedgear I have bar tape on it :D
