Very informative sir☝️ Nasa low level kami ng cycling, at minsan binabalewala mga ganitong info. Pero para sa akin kailangan ang bike fitting para lalong ganahan sa pagparyak. Comfort at Speed, para unti unting lumakas🚴🏼♂️

sir hihina mangangawit agad spring ng rd mo pag ganyan naka park .. dapat sir asa small chainring at small cogs pag naka park if i may add.. nice video ng mga ride sir

@@kenHntr meron siyang wedge for stability parang inalis ung angle space sa talampakan ko para once I pedal hindi magcolapes ang paa. Kumbaga buo ang sipa at contact sa pedal
