There are rooms on the other side of the hotel as well. We stayed there in March of 2023 when they first started the renovations. I don't know if they still are but they used to be available to book on VRBO as well. Very nice rooms on the inside, all new stuff inside. It was a great stay.

After a day of dogging people and carts at Wal-Mart and all the road construction and trafgic to get home...this video was a huge blessing of peace and calm out there. A needed reminder for sure of nature and its peace.. Loved every minute! So excited to see what great food there is yet to make my mouth water! Lol Hugs from Maumee!

Happy Memorial Day Weekend... love your videos and we have learned a lot from your adventures, did not know that there was a walking path along there... we spend a lot of time in Townsend when we come to the Smokies... our favorite is the Abbey and Peaceful Side social, our favorite is their salmon and the chicken, absolutely delicious... Loved the Railroad museum, was really interesting....Yes the welcome center is really nice and we also bought our parking pass there as well....we have walked that bridge before, was beautiful there...

Those slaw dogs at the Parkway Grocery are awesome.....we get one every trip we make to Townsend! I did not know there was a bike rental place in town now...? Hmmm..... 💨💨

Cool video! Over the course of the last 10 years, I’ve visited many caves on road trips in different states. Also, we have some in Florida. We have 45,000 caves in this country, not including Alaska. Tennessee ranks first in caves at 10,000. That pretzel looked yummy.

The area looks beautiful. I was curious about the peaceful side social brewery and craft kitchen. I'm glad you guys reviewed it. The smoked trout sandwich sounds really good. Are there any pretty places for family pictures in Townsend during February? We haven't tried the apple valley cafe yet but we want to. The dancing bear Appalachian bistro is incredible. It's definitely a date night place. Their homemade bread and smoked trout cakes are incredible. Another great date night restaurant is that Appalachian restaurant in sieverville. Their buffalo frog legs, trout and cheesecake are amazing. LeConte tapas and grill in Gatlinburg is another nice place for a good meal with your sweetheart. We are thinking about doing photos at the emerts covered bridge outside of Gatlinburg. Is it pretty in February? We are thinking about trying to stay in Townsend one time. I would love to see you guys review some places to stay in the area, things to do that are open year round and good places to eat.
