I agree helper is very cute 😜 i like your store i live im Minnesota biking is huge here shops are def struggling your not alone. We have a few great small fam owned shops i hope they can hang in there. Id rather buy local vs online i have several bikes i build all my own. I buy from a small specialized family owned company. I like to buy local for simple reasons backing. I get backing with local dealer item fails i get taken care of if so. You buy online an need service or warranty it becomes a joke. I will pay a few bucks more an get service well worth the extra coin . i had 3 Bontrager ion 700 headlights fail in 1 yr time trek stood behind them all no issues at all. Cold here extreme cold last 7 days tom they say warm so i will be on my bike making up time 👍
