But that runs on fossil fuels unlike this In nepal, there have been tempos that are like rickshaw but electric. They have existed for more than 60 years in nepal.

Africa won't be easy at 10000 euro - 16 seater minibuses (Toyota Hiace mostly) are imported used from Japan for half that. For tourist sightseeing yeah but most African tourism is about game reserves - African cities are generally not good sightseeing places because of their poor state.
