I have an X-ADV 750 and a 1250GS, the GS never leaves the garage anymore! The X-ADV is just so much fun, I love it. In fact I'll be giving back the GS when the PCP is up and just having the Honda. I see the 2025 model annouced today has cruise control which it really needs (from my perspective). 😎
@BikeMattersАй бұрын
Very nice! Cruise control is a very good addition, surprised it took a few years for it to be introduced. Do you do much off-road riding with the X-ADV?
@TheDervManАй бұрын
@@BikeMatters I do the occasional green lane and it's brilliant fun. Wouldn't do any 'full on' offroad as it's simply not designed for that and I don't want to damage it!

Like the Guy with the GS I'm the same. Have had all these big capacity its bikes for many years. I have had the xadv but now have the Forza whi h is the same but road focused. I can ride these bike all days in all weather's no aches and pains. Anyone who says these are under powered are with respect talking utter rubbish . 150 hp is ok but you can't use the power on the road . Like a lot of things in life you have to give it time. Obviously it's not everyone's choice but it is a very good machine imo.
@jimbroenАй бұрын
They don't bring these to Canada otherwise I would be interested. I have a ten year old NC750X which has similarities to the X-ADV, specifically the engine. I love the low center of mass, low revving, pleasant sounding 750. And what is it with manufacturers and cruise control. On the Prairies it takes me about ten minutes to reach the edge of town and then I'll sit in the saddle for hours at a time with the cruise set to around 105 kph. KTM gets this right. Cruise is available on a lot of their machines as an extra cost option. The 800 Suzuki machines look compelling but without cruise, they don't make my short list.

Is it really a scooter? It has 17" front wheels and 150 mm shocks, plus it shares the same engine as the NC750, which is a motorcycle. It also doesn't use a continuously variable transmission (CVT). I'd call it more of a hybrid than a traditional scooter.
