I loved this…though it looked exhausting..especially getting to the beach. The little behind the scenes clips at the end was great…it takes a lot of work to create these videos!! I didn’t really think about how you got all those shots by yourself. Thanks for sharing with us, Scotland looks amazing! ❤😊

From someone who likes to film themselves painting I can attest to what a challenge is to try to get pictures of yourself coming and going. It really adds to the video. But it also adds to the tremendous amount of time that you have to put in to what could be a simple adventure. That and the drone footage. It makes your video so utterly beautiful. But I appreciate all the time you put into making the actual video not just a journey. So thank you.

From what I've seen in your videos, I feel that Scotland has a little bit of everything nature-wise! lol From beaches to sand dunes that looks like you are in a desert. To waterfalls lakes, an ocean, rivers, and brooks. To mossy fairy-like forests, majestic mountains, and rolling hills. Sheep and high land cattle and other animals like deer. Seals and otters, langoustines, lobster and oysters, and many many kinds of air life! Greenery all around and amongst its historical structures and history! And then the Scottish warm and friendliness from its locals. Yep!... Scotland is PERFECT! LOL And how cute was that baby Highland cow?! Thanks, Sarah. This warmed my ❤

I'm always amazed by the effort you make to film all this! Filming from your perspective, filming yourself by preparing the camera, driving away and coming back (oh my gosh) and the view from the drone. But it makes so good footage and the watching so versatile!!! Thank you so much! And I will thank you many times more in the future, so be prepared for that. And I almost forgot the editing! And all the inserts, the "squeak, squeak", hahaha, and other cute and informative bits and peaces. Ah, and filming yourself while other people are watching. I'm done now, will watch your content on the other channel, hahahaha, see you there, bye!

90-mile journey? Hardly! My guess is that you logged at least 180 miles (not counting drone air miles) with all of the back and forth for camera placements and the like. (Thanks so much for including those outtakes at the end. They were wonderful 😺) And the coos!! What beautiful spontaneity, indeed. So much hard work - always for art, right? I feel privileged to have come along with you (sort of) and shared so much.

Amazing achievement Sarah, after City of Aberdeen there is a bit more of Aberdeenshire coast to go to near St Cyrus which is an amazing beautiful place. Years ago myself and my husband did a charity cycle around Aberdeenshire I planned the circular route😂 from Fraserburgh to Portsoy, Huntly, Aboyne, St Cyrus, Inverbervie, Stonehaven, Aberdeen back to Fraserburgh via the old railway line. When I planned the route I didn’t look at contours on maps we ended going up over Cairn o mount very high mountain, 😂mostly pushing bike up, very scared coming down my brakes where not designed for such a steep descent. Looking forward to your next adventure. I will need to cycle more of the coastal route.
@sarahinscotland Жыл бұрын
Oh wow that’s a big ride especially with a mountain! Yes I’m really looking forward to going down past Stonehaven to St Cyrus. I’ll probably hike a lot of it as close to the coast as possible to avoid riding on the A92

@@sarahinscotland took us about 5 days to cycle it wasn't until we headed north from St cyrus that we didn't have a headwind 🤣 St cyrus, Lunan bay and Usan near Montrose are great places for agates if you like a bit of beachcombing on your hikes. Dunnottar Castle near Stonehaven is stunning. Hope u get your permanent visa, your videos show us how much you love Scotland and you promote it on youtube around the world.
